1. Order Cancellation

1. You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
2. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
3. In such cases, you can request a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

1. Go to your Orders section in the app
2. Select the order you wish to cancel
3. Click on the “Cancel Order” option
4. Follow the instructions to confirm cancellation

3. Cancellation by 6Valley

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, including:

1. Product out of stock
2. Payment issues or failed transactions
3. Incorrect pricing or product information
4. Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, users will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

4. Refund on Cancellation

1. If your cancellation is successful, the refund will be initiated automatically
2. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
3. The amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

1. Orders that have already been shipped
2. Special or customized products
3. Items marked as non-cancellable
